About ISRO:
The Indian Space Research Organisation, or ISRO, is like India’s space adventure team. They started in 1969 and have done some amazing things. They launch satellites into space for many reasons, like helping us predict the weather, making sure our phones work, and even exploring the moon and Mars with missions like Chandrayaan and Mangalyaan. What’s cool is that they do all this while being careful with their money, so they’re known for being very cost-effective.

ISRO also helps people around the world by teaming up with other space groups and even launching satellites for them. In India, their work is a big deal, from helping farmers with crop information to making sure we know when a big storm is coming. They’re always dreaming big and plan to send people into space, build a space station, and explore even more planets in the future. So, ISRO is all about making space exciting and useful for everyone.
