Educational Qualifications for AAI JE RECRUITMENT 2023 :

1. A full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc) that’s three years long, with Physics and Mathematics.
2. Or, a full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any field. (Physics and Mathematics should be part of your coursework in at least one semester).
3. You need to be proficient in both spoken and written English at the level of 10+2 standard which means you should have passed English as a subject in your 10th or 12th standard Exams

AAI ATC RECRUITMENT 2023 Age Limit:

Your age should not exceed 27 years as of November 30, 2023, to be eligible for this job.

AAI Junior Executive salary :

For the position of Junior Executive (Group-B: E-1 level), the starting salary is Rs. 40,000 per month with regular increments. Along with the basic pay, employees receive various benefits like Dearness Allowance, perks equivalent to 35% of the basic pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and additional perks such as CPF, Gratuity, and medical benefits as per AAI Rules. Taking all these into account, the total annual compensation (CTC) for a Junior Executive is approximately Rs. 13 lakhs.
